By 9 AM that same morning we were in the new room, a few floors up. They were very accomodating and actually had a room ready immediately. I asked the next morning if they could move us to one of the new 'hip' refurbed rooms. The first night we stayed in the standard resort room - it had a great view of the pool and a HUGE bathroom but that was about it. There is nothing exceptional about this hotel. But.if you want to book the hotel, I'd reconsider. So, basically if you are just interested in hanging at the casino, shopping, eating, checking out the entertainment etc. That has been one of my favorite destinations on my trips to LV, even when it was the Aladdin Passages. We are Westin Timeshare owners and had the opportunity to spend a few 'bonus' nights at the PH in Vegas so we jumped at it! I LOVE soooo many things about this property - the makeover of the casino is great, the restaurants are great, not to mention the 'Miracle Mile' shopping mall that is adjacent to the hotel.
